DISCOUNT AVAILABLE FOR RETURNING GUESTS

Booking Notes: A non refundable deposit of 1/3 of the total price is required to secure the booking. The final balance is due 8 weeks prior to arrival, if booking is made within 8 weeks the total amount is payable immediately. A refundable security deposit of £200 is required when paying final balance and will be reimbursed after departure inspection if there is no damage. Payments can be made by bank/on-line transfer. A welcome pack is included for your arrival. Changeover Day: Changeover days are flexible. The villa is available from 4pm on arrival day and we ask the guests to vacate the villa by 11am on departure day. A later departure time may be arranged if there is no arrival that day. Notes on prices: There is an additional charge of GBP3.00 per day for guests who require internet/full UK TV with all sports channels, which should be paid with the final balance.
